Bier Fest! - No, not the crappy movie. This was the real deal. Well, as close to the real deal as you can get outside of Munich...and in HK. Err...you get my drift. Swilling Steins of Lowenbrau out of wooded clogs, yodeling, trying to blow 20ft horns, and froliking with hundreds of HK locals as we all try derperatly to sing in German has become a Hong Kong tradition. All very surreal I tell ya. We went along with SMUGs and I believe won every contest we entered, except for one. It's the one time of the year that people think It's actually cool that I'm half German. Great food, great friends, great beer, great night, great God I'm glad it over for another year. Tikki-Takki!
